SADEV GROUP assists you with your projects, drawing on its expertise in mechanical power transmission and its technology watch.
Your projects can be developed jointly or independently by a dedicated team working in project mode. We can produce prototypes and small series to validate your design, customisation or innovation projects.

Our workshops have more than 200 cutting-edge machines, part of an investment plan worth several million euros a year. Some of them are semi-automatic and robotised, allowing us to perform complex machining operations with a high degree of precision. SADEV GROUP offers flexible, diversified, technical solutions, offering the possibility to provide tailor-made services through to complete solutions, depending on requirements.

QUALITY CONTROL
SADEV GROUP is aware of the highly technical requirements of its customers, and has made quality a priority. Our quality policy, which is constantly being improved, is applied in all sectors of our companies to guarantee optimum reliability.
Full traceability is ensured as soon as the materials are received, then rigorously applied in our workshops throughout the production process.
METROLOGY
100% of production is checked during the process as part of our quality policy and undergoes a final inspection.
As an integral part of production, our metrology tool consists of a large number of high-precision measuring instruments. Inspection procedures are carried out at each stage of the manufacturing process. Our dedicated inspection laboratory is equipped with three-dimensional, gear inspection machines ensures that parts conform to the specifications, technical information and requirements defined by the quality department.

LOGISTICS, ASSEMBLY AND SERVICES
SADEV GROUP has extensive experience of assembling highly technical products. With highly qualified mechanics, we offer you the opportunity
to assemble sub-assemblies and complete mechanical transmission assemblies. Our test benches allow us to validate and deliver a ready-to-use product.
Our worldwide coverage, particularly in motorsport, guarantees you a wealth of experience for the international delivery of your products and spare parts.
LOGISTICS & SPARE PARTS
Each SADEV Group entity has a dedicate area for storing unfinished, semi-finished and finished parts. Our meticulous organisation enables us to ensure stock
management and traceability right through to delivery. A dedicated team of over fifteen people ensures that orders are prepared and dispatched quickly.
ASSEMBLY & SERVICING
Our team of more than 20 experienced people assembles and adjusts new mechanical assemblies. We also offer different levels of servicing (preventive, predictive) for our mechanical assemblies.
ASSISTANCE & TEST BENCHES
Our technical team can assist you during the development of your products. We also have benches for sizing, testing and adjusting transmission components.
