SADEV Racing Transmission – World leader in motorsport transmission systems
SADEV Racing Transmission, the Group's historic brand, designs and manufactures high-performance gearboxes and transmission systems for the biggest names in motorsport.
For over 50 years, it has been renowned for its commitment to innovation, performance and reliability. It provides racing teams involved in rally raids, endurance racing, drifting, rallying, single-seaters, GTs and rallycross with cutting-edge technical solutions. Constantly evolving, SADEV Racing Transmission is central to international competitions, offering tailor-made solutions to optimise vehicle performance.
At Saint-Prouant, the company has an engineering team, a production unit, a stock of spare parts, manages an international network of distributors and has developed an in-house training school equipped with a simulator. Since 2013, it has had a sales subsidiary in the United States, which is able to offer technical assistance as well as spare parts. That same year, it set up VADP.
VADP
Set up in 2013, VADP is SADEV Racing Transmission's sister company. It gives the company greater production capacity and the ability to draw on its motorsport expertise, while offering optimised costs thanks to its location in Portugal.
Billard Engrenages
Billard Engrenages is a family business founded by François Billard and his son Jean in 1948. At the time, they were based in Firminy, in the Loire region, and specialised in gear cutting. They developed expertise in bevel gears, which they began machining in 1953, before mastering spiral bevel gears in 1967.
They made their debut on the aerospace market in 2009 and are ISO 9001 and ISO9100 certified. They automate their production using a digitally controlled robot loader to increase productivity. With a view to optimising costs, they set up T.A.M. (Tunisie Applications Mécaniques) in 2007.

The company TAM was set up in 2007 by Billard Engrenages to increase its production capacity while keeping costs to a minimum.
TAM boasts extensive expertise in the machining and assembly of mechanical components for the aerospace, petrochemical, rail and defence sectors. ISO 9001 certified, TAM provides solutions tailored to the most stringent industrial standards, bolstering SADEV GROUP's presence in strategic markets. Its highly experienced team and meticulous organisation guarantee high-quality production and optimum customer service.

The Group continually invests in the acquisition of new machinery, the recruitment and training of talent, and the development of industrial synergies to anticipate technological developments. The in-house training centre, complete with machining simulator, enables our teams to hone their skills and maintain the excellence that sets us apart.
